Description: Stanley chronicles her expierences over 30 years of active service in the higher educational system in England. She began at Queen's College,Harley Street, where she was a huge advocate for women's rights and inclusion of them in the educational process. She also lists other institutions with which she has been closely connected: the University of Local examinations, Girton College, the National Union for the Improvement of Women's Education, the Girls' Public Day School Company, and the Medical College of Women. Her last project was overseeing the opening of London University to include women in the examination and awarding of degrees processes.
